Upgrading of the existing fencing bordering the golf course and Stanley Road within the land ownership of Royal Liverpool Golf Club. The construction of the new fence to the north boundary, is a replacement of the existing chain link fence and mesh panel fence with a new mesh panel fence immediately to the rear of the grass verge on Stanley Road.
