1. Removal of all combustible materials including all associated supporting structures that do not meet the requirements of the British Standards and Approved Document B of the Building Regulations with regards to fire spread and combustibility. 2. Replace the facade above the ground floor with new insulated render and feature cladding. 3. New insulated brick slips cladding to ground floor. 4. New insulation undercroft soffit. 5. Replace the existing roof Parapet capping. 6. Adaptation of existing ducts, adding new metal fire rated sleeving and new ventilation grilles and covers to all existing services which pass through the new EWi systems. 7. Replace existing windows with new double glazed uPVC windows. 8. Fire Barriers of non-combustible material is to installed at every floor level above including the second floor plus vertically at party walls. (Partially retrospective)
