Replacement of the fa ça de above the ground floor with new insulated render, and slim insulated render on balcony walls. 3. Installation of new insulated brick slip cladding on the ground floor. 4. Replacement of the existing roof parapet capping. 5. Adaptation of existing ducts, adding new metal fire-rated sleeving and new ventilation grilles and covers to all existing services that pass through the new EWI system. 6. Replacement of existing windows with new double-glazed uPVC windows. 7. Installation of fire barriers made of non-combustible material at every floor level above the second floor, plus vertically at party walls. (Partially retrospective)
