Proposal for the following changes to details approved under APP/11/01342: - 3 additional windows added to gable wall with obscure glass. - The rooflights on the front elevation are longer/taller than approved . – The dormer to the left hand side of the front elevation has a pitched rather than flat roof. - Alterations to roof of side (south) extension. - A mono-pitched roof at the rear is now a flat roof. – New downpipes on both side elevations. – New area of infill extension at first floor level accommodating a new store attached to bedroom 1.
