Description

The proposed works involve the demolition of an existing kitchen and outhouse (That extends 5m from the rear of the property). There will also be the removal of an existing internal wall between the back living area and dining room. It is then proposed that a new 5m extension is constructed replacing the old kitchen and outhouse and it extended to the side to infill where there is space.
