Non-Material amendment seeking to make an amendment to the position and specification of the electricity sub-station shown on the approved Proposed Site Plan approved under RVC/24/00728 ( Variation of conditions 10 (Footpath Provision), 12 (Foodstore floorspace categories), 13 (Approved plans, Plot A), 19 (Delivery, Servicing and Waste Management Plan), 22 (Parking and Servicing areas) and 23 (Cycle parking) of planning permission APP/22/01686 (Hybrid planning application seeking: Full planning permission for the: i) Demolition of the former youth and community centre and construction of a food store on Plot A together with access, servicing, parking, pedestrian and cycle route, substation, landscaping and all other associated works. ii) Front extension and external alterations to Moreton Library on Plot B to incorporate youth provision together with outdoor activity areas, summer house, landscaping and all other associated works.
