Description

Proposed works associated with kitchen refit: 1) Existing window opening (to rear of property) converted to doorway to provide access to rear garden. Existing sill to be lowered, new glazed door proposed. 2) Blocking up/removal of existing door to garden and making good external render finish. 3) Addition of a glazed rooflight above kitchen, re-roofing of existing slate roof. 4) Existing kitchen window to be replaced, window structural opening height amended to reflect proposed floor level. 5) Structural opening width of existing doorway to kitchen increased (internal wall). 6) Raise internal floor level within kitchen to align with main ground floor level.
