Description
This is a Grade 2 listed cottage in the Oxton Conservation area. There is a large crack from top to bottom of the rear wall, south elevation. The structural engineer has advised removing pebble dash from the wall to assess possible structural damage which may or may not be required. The pebble dash will be repaired on a like for like basis, the structural work may require stainless steel stud bars inserting between the sandstone blocks to reinforce the wall.
