Material Minor Amendment to condition 6 of application APP/15/00085 to read: Notwithstanding the provisions of Class A1 of the schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes Order) 1987 (or any subsequent re-enactment), none of the following goods shall be sold from the retail units 4-8 (other than ancillary to the principal retail use of the premises): a) food and drink for human consumption off the premises; b) any clothing, footwear, handbags, fashion accessories, jewellery and silverware; c) books, newspapers, magazines and stationery; d) crockery, glassware, china and kitchenware; e) toys (excluding garden toys and outside play equipment); f) sports equipment and clothing (including walking and climbing equipment); g) camping equipment; h) cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and toiletries; i) Videos, DVDs, CDs, audio cassettes and records; j) mobile phones; k) tobacco; l) florist; and m) travel agency. For the purposes of this condition, the area given over to any individual category of goods as identified above will be concluded "ancillary" when not exceeding 15% of net retail floor space in relation to units 4, 6 and 7. In relation to Unit 5 and Unit 8 (as shown on plan ref M3758 A503 P1) sales of food and drink for consumption off the premises shall not occupy more than 30% of the net retail floorspace of the unit), and the area given over to the sales of clothing and footwear shall not occupy more than 30% of the net retail floorspace of the unit. The area given over to the sales of any other individual category of goods as identified above shall not exceed 15% of the net retail floorspace of the unit.
