Description

Alterations, demolition and change of use to convert former car dealership and allow activities within classes E(a), E(b), E(c) and E(d), and tanning salon and beauty salon (sui generis) and retention of valet bay as vehicle washing facility. Amended description and plans received. The amendments proposed as part of this NMA include modest changes to the internal layout and external elevations and the omission of two parking spaces to provide improved access to the valet bay.
