Description

External facade works to Norwood Court 1, Norwood Court 2 and Gordon Court buildings. Rendered external wall insulation applied to the outside face of the buildings with replacement double glazed windows to improve the thermal efficiency. Roof of Norwood 1 to be re-tiled to match existing. Ground source heat pumps and extract ventilation systems to be installed under permitted development rights to provide an efficient heating system to improve occupant comfort and reduce running costs
