Description

Conversion of Ravenswood into eight apartments, including external alternations and removal of internal levels to accommodate restoration of the building. Present application required due to instability of building and imminent risk of collapse. Removal of the roof to allow access to inside of the building. This will enable the unstable internal walls and floors to be safely removed and replaced around a new internal steel framework.
