Discharge of conditions 3, 4, 5 and 6 of application APP/22/00071 ( Creation of a Community 3G Football Turf Pitch (FTP) (8519 sq. metres) with associated features including: > 3G football turf pitch (7420 sq. metres); > 4.5m high ball stop fencing with entrance gates to form an enclosure around FTP perimeter; > 1.2m high and 2.0m high pitch barriers with entrance gates internally within fenced FTP enclosure; > 2.6m high maintenance equipment storage container (15 sq. metres) within fenced FTP enclosure; > 15.0m high LED floodlights (6no.) around FTP perimeter; > 4.0m high LED amenity light (1no.) along pedestrian access; > Hard-standing areas for pedestrian access and circulation, portable goals storage, as well as vehicular access (1099 sq. metres). Redevelopment of existing pavilion (246 sq. metres) to provide improved welfare and changing accommodation, as well as education and supervision facilities for football activities associated with the FTP. Creation of a 1.2m maximum height grass mound (2500 sq. metres) onto the Southern playing field using recycled soils generated during the FTP construction work. Creation of a car park (1626 sq. metres) to provide 4no. accessible car parking spaces and 78no. standard car parking spaces; connecting to an existing vehicular entrance to the Northern playing field from Borough Road.)
