Details required by Condition 7 (secondary glazing) of Listed Building Consent 24/00203/LBC for Consent for alterations to the existing shopfront, new signage, new entrance door and repairs to the front elevation. Alterations to the rear include 1no. rear extraction grille and 5no. ventilation grilles and replacement of 1no. rear first floor, 1no. rear 2nd floor timber door and roof alterations to include the replacement of the existing polycarbonate roof with slate roof and 4no. rooflights. Installation of new HVAC plant equipment following removal of fire escape staircases with the insertion of metal checker plate, new chimney cowls. Internal alterations including replacement of doors for fire doors. Removal of one chimney stack; removal of one chimney stack and rebuilding with existing materials; repair of chimney stack. Removal and replacement of top main roof.
