Alterations to the rear include 1no. rear extraction grille and 5no. ventilation grilles and replacement of 1no. rear first floor, 1no. rear 2nd floor timber door and roof alterations to include the replacement of the existing polycarbonate roof with slate roof and 4no. rooflights.
