Non-Material Amendment to remove the proposed electric vehicular gates consented under planning ref RM/23/00582. Additionally, this NMA seeks to remove the obligations set out under condition 12 of RM/23/00582, worded as follows: Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby permitted, details of how the automated vehicular gate, which is located at the access to the allotment areas, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The automated vehicular gate shall thereafter be operated in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure appropriate pedestrian permeability across the site and convenient access to open space and facilities in accordance with Point 3 of the AL21 site allocation proforma requirement.
