Non material amendments to planning permission 17/01878/OUT to amend Condition 18 ( Flood Risk, SUDS and Foul Drainage Assessment ) to read as follows 'All of the approved Projects or parcels thereof (as identified on the parcel plan approved pursuant to condition 3) shall be implemented in accordance with the drainage strategy set out in the Flood Risk, SUDS and Foul Drainage Assessment prepared by Simpson Consulting Engineers (MC/14204/FRA/J) and the Addendum Document to FRA prepared by Simpson Consulting Engineers (ref. P23-263)'.
