723 - Ash - Into grounds from second gate, thin crown with poor bud formation, cavitation from historic limb loss, major and moderate deadwood, faulted branch trapped in adjacent suppressed sycamore near public footpath, onset of Ash Die Back likely a contributing factor to decline, remove to 8m from ground level (fgl). 722 - Ash - Ivy clad, leaning towards public footpath, in grounds from the second gate, very little live growth remaining, smothered in ivy, remove to 3m fgl, 482 - Ash - Imbedded iron fence, midway into grounds from the second gate, dieback over 30% possibly ADB, remove to 4m, 500 - Ash - Near cabin, onset of ADB, basal cavity, remove to 4m fgl, 736 - Ash - Twin stemmed over tributary stream, onset of ADB, considered to have no long-term future potential in this location, remove to 4m, 742 - Ash - Behind cabin, this has received some reduction works, mainly to the southern aspect of the tree, this reduction has favoured weight and wind loading unfavourably toward the neighbouring property, now leaving longer slender tapered branches predominantly to the south west, prune lateral branches towards neighbouring property by 2.5m, 484 and 495 - Ash - Slender understory, no realistic long-term future potential in this location, remove both trees to habitat snags (046/2011/TPO).
