In terms of pruning to give 1.5m clearance to overhead wires, this is only where the branches are growing towards the wires, where branches are growing away from the wires, so are not a potential conflict, they are to be retained. T2 Western red cedar - crown lift to 5m above ground level retaining primary branches with a basal branch diameter greater than 10cm. G3 - 7 x Cypress (Lapsed Hedging Screen) - Reduce height leaving a final height of 8m.
