Description

Amend Condition 18 as follows:Within six months of the first occupation of the boarding houses hereby permitted, information demonstrating (post construction stage) that the development will meet "BREEAM excellent" standard for energy and water shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The boarding houses shall be thereafter occupied in accordance with these findings.
