TPO Number 1910 Tree T10.Walnut tree outside the front of 1 Walnut Grove, which overhangs driveway and also access track to 2/3/4/5/6 Walnut Grove.We plan to raise the crown of the tree to 5m above ground level, as per previous permissions over the years.To minimise the number of lower branches that would need to be removed it would be useful to allow thinning of inner growth, by no more than 10%, of those branches that push down on lower branches when heavy with leaves and walnuts.This application is designed to maintain unimpeded vehicular access to 1 Walnut Grove and other properties whose access is past this particular tree.
