own and live at 18 Romsey Road, Winchester, SO23 8TP. In my garden I have a Judas tree which recently split at the trunk and partially fell. It is now held up by a combination of a retaining wall and a tree trunk I have put in to try and keep it up. I had an arborist round to look at the tree and he told me that it is diseased which is probably the reason that it has started to fall. I would like to apply to remove the tree as it is causing cracks in the retaining wall it is leaning on and is likely to fall down if I don't take it down
