Description

Bay, self-seeded multi-stemmed tree, immediately adjacent to retaining boundary brick wall to Avenue Road. The wall has started to lean out over the pavement, possibly due to pressure from tree roots. I propose to get the tree removed with as much root as possible, then consider additional buttressing to the wall. (The wall received planning permission in 1982.)
