Amend Condition 24 as follows:The new accommodation hereby approved within Antrim house and the two new boarding houses shall not exceed the following levels of occupancy:- a maximum of 120 persons (1 per unit)- a maximum of 18 staffThe boarding houses hereby approved shall be occupied no more than 45 weeks a year until 31st March 2030. The applicant shall keep a record of dates of occupation of the boarding houses each year which shall be available for inspection by the local planning authority upon request. From the 1st April 2030, the boarding houses may be fully occupied throughout the year.
