Amend Condition 25 as follows:Prior to the occupation of the boarding houses or new accommodation within Antrim House, details shall be submitted to and approved in writing to demonstrate that the existing urinals serving all student accommodation in Sergeants boarding house have been upgraded to waterless urinals. The details shall include:- metered water usage on all existing urinals- metered water usage on all waterless urinalsThe upgraded urinals shall not be replaced at any time with fittings which increase water usage before 1st April 2030 unless alternative equivalent water saving measures at Sergeants or any other boarding house have been agreed in writing with the local planning authority and implemented in advance of any replacement.
