Description

Photographic evidence (dated 15th September) of the digging of a trench which is to contain part of the foundations of the approved subterranean garage is provided in Appendix A of the supporting covering letter. These photographs clearly demonstrate the extent of the works undertaken.A plan showing the location and extent of the trench which has been excavated and is to contain part of the foundations of the approved subterranean garage is provided in Appendix B of the supporting covering letter.On this basis, it is submitted that the digging of a trench, which is to contain part of the foundations of the approved subterranean garage, constitutes a material operation sufficient to lawfully commence the development.
