Description

One of the lime trees within our property boundary is sprouting shoots at ground level, outside our property, creating an obstruction along the pavement. We would like permission to cut this back to a maximum of 2 metres from ground level, so that pedestrians can pass easily. We also want to pull off the Ivy which is starting to grow up that tree & trim any other overhanging trees along our fence, over the pavement. (see original application)
