We have a tree in the back garden of 56 High Street which requires regular crowning to ensure damage is not caused to building under and beside the tree. Please could I request permission to crown the tree in the attached photos by at least 20 - 30 % (We are looking to carry out a crown reduction, 3 meters all round to bring back to the original growth. )
