TG1 - Maple & Sycamore Group - In 3rd party land to the side of No 54 - Would like to reduce lateral overhang removing up to 2m clearing the garden, footpath and property.Reason - The lateral overhang of the trees above the footpath and garden is preventing the resident from maintaining the garden and alley to their desired standard. Additionally moss accumulation on the alleyway floor, exacerbated by the shade from the trees, is creating a slip hazard and requires frequent cleaning. The trees have also caused repeated damage to the resident?s shed roof which has been replaced three times.
