Description

The proposal involves essential repairs to the roof of the listed building, which currently lacks a breathable membrane between the rafters and tiles. Works will include the temporary removal and reinstatement of existing roof tiles to allow for the installation of a suitable membrane. In addition, the existing chimney, which is structurally compromised, will be dismantled and rebuilt using like-for-like bricks and to the same design and dimensions as the original.
