Description

The vegetation clearance to create the new access driveway to the site from Abbotstone Road has been completed under a European Protected Species (EPS) licence (granted on 11th April 2023). The EPS licence and Hazel Dormouse Method Statement are attached (Appendix A and Appendix B) to the supporting covering letter for reference.The licensable activities, supervised by a qualified ecologist, include the vegetation clearance of hedgerow, scrub and scattered trees included within the pink hatched area and the blue hatched area shown on the site plan attached to the supporting covering letter (Appendix C).
