Description

The tree is a weeping beech. Its branches are overhanging our neighbour's garage and they have complained on a regular basis stating that it is causing damp issues to the structure.We had the branches pollarded when we moved into the property in 2020 and were told that they could not be touched again for ten years.Please could you advise on our next step.
