Description

Healthy Lime tree (T1) in a conservation area, but without a TPO on it. Crown reduction of 3m because of contact with the walls and gutters of No. 12 and No. 13 King Alfred Place. After pruning the tree will be approximately 20 ft high and and 12 ft wide, and clear of both houses. The tree is in the applicant's garden. It has been reduced in size approximately every 2 years ever since the area became a Conservation Area, and permission has always been granted. Work is always carried out by the same well-qualified and experienced tree surgeon.
