Description

One of the lime trees within our property boundary is sprouting shoots at low / ground level, creating an obstruction along the pavement. We would like permission to cut this back 2 metres from ground level so that pedestrians can pass easily. Also want to pull off the Ivy which is starting to grow up that tree.
