(NMA to 21/01787/FUL) Plot 7 has been raised level with plots 8 and 9 because of the adjacent highway level and impact on surface water drainage creating a ponding effect due to the parking area being lower than the watercourse.The window arrangements have been amended to incorporate the new safety requirement of Approved Document O, 2021 Edition where the guarding heights have increased levels of protection from falling compared to Approved Document K. We have therefore incorporated Transoms to provide the 1100mm guarding height above finished floor level to Plots 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, & 9.
