Description

Oak tree - 30% reduction to be carried out to gain clearance from the building and give the tree an overall better shape along with dead wood removal and epicormic growth. Proposing to take 3 metres of the side which is hanging over the neighbouring property (8 Tees Farm Road) and only 1 metre of the opposite side. By doing this will balance the tree and give adequate clearance from the building. I'd imagine no cuts to the tree will exceed 3-4 inches
