Amend condition 9 (materials and samples) of 22/02812/FUL as follows: "No development above ground level shall take place until details and samples of the materials, finishes and boundary treatments to be used in the construction of the boarding houses and its immediate surroundings have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to first use of those materials, finishes or boundary treatments. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details".
