Description

Treat rotten timbers and woodworm damaged timbers and remove only where required retaining original timbers wherever possible. Installation of new softwood framing and rafters to take the loading of the roof structure whilst retaining original oak timbers where possible. Oak replacement purlin where existing oak purlin cannot be retained. Installation of steel pattress plates to internal steel frame to support existing walls. Reinstatement of clay pantiles which have been removed under previous application and retained for reuse.
