Description
Original planning application (W/2621/1) listed clause 3 - for residential annexe to be occupied only in conjunction with existing dwelling. I would like this clause removed so that two separate dwellings can be created.The annexe property was built with no internal access to original property. This is counterintuitive if intended use was to be in conjunction with original dwelling, particularly as to access the ?annexe? would require leaving the property boundary and reentering further down the street.
