I have lived at Romanby, Lockhams Rd, Curdridge, SO32 2BD since July 2010 and have used the barn/garage as private living accommodation with requisite heating, power and lighting. Since the purchase of the property, the rooms in the barn/garage have been in continuous use as living accommodation with a double fitted bedroom, sofa bed, wardrobe, television, fridge freezer, gym and a utility room with washing machine, wash basin and toilet facilities. The barn/garage was fitted and finished, including flooring and being insulated and plaster boarded by the previous owners prior to me purchasing the property. I became aware in December 2023 of an existing planning condition limiting the use of the barn/garage (case number 05/01850/FUL). The use of the barn/garage as living accommodation has continued uninterrupted since July 2010 and is still in use today and for the foreseeable future.
