Description

Replace modern existing internal blockwork infill to basement opening (rear) and existing deteriorated timber lintels with new brickwork to match existing. Excavate externally to the rear of the property to enable creation of a new french drain type land and install new channel drain connected to existing (redundant) connections to existing drainage. Infill existing lightwell (side) with material to match existing to prevent water ingress in this location. Insert periscopic vents with cast iron grilles. Install new lime render plinth to base of external walls. Carry out minor fabric repairs above ground elsewhere to the building and replace an existing single glazed window to second floor level with new single glazed unit with traditional timber details .
