Amend the wording of Condition 7 attached to the Reserved Matters Application (Reference 21/01731/REM) to read::"With the exception of the construction of the foul pumping station and electricity sub-station within Phase 1 of the development (completed in accordance with 'Substation proposed works' document by Taylor Wimpey dated 20/10/2023), no development commence until detailed information (in the form of SAP design stage data and a BRE water calculator) demonstrating that all homes meet the equivalent of Code 4 standard for energy and water (as defined by the ENE1 and WAT 1 in the Code for Sustainable Homes) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be built in accordance with these findings".
