Description

Hawthorn tree to back right of garden boundary, not within my boundary. Seeking permission to tidy up overhanging tree and thick brambles (reduce by 1m.) As the brambles are so intertwined this is not possible without also trimming back the overhang of the tree. It has previously been approved to trim back to boundary line which was completed at the time but has since overgrown again.
