As identified in 'Subsidence Damage Investigation Report' written by Trevor Heaps, Section 14, Conclusions and Appendix 5 Site Plan - Oak (Quercus robur) T4 (within the boundary of Oakwood, 40 Clayhill Close) to be removed to allow ground conditions to stabilise and prevent further damage to the residental property. Replacement tree would be a silver birch tree, much more appropiarte for the area as advised by an arboriculturalist.
