Minor amendments to 23/01058/FULThe following principal design changes are proposed:- A consolidated single service corridor providing access for all 3 units with an amended and resized refuse store to be accessed internally. - Minor contraction in the floor plate of Unit 3 (4,350 sqft to 3,750 sqft)- Relocated sub-station moved away from the new St Maurices Covert entrance improving the overall appearance of the facade.- Amendments to roof to create a new plant area concealed from view behind the retained ridge of the pitched roof fronting Market Lane.It is also requested that Condition 4 be amended to reference the submitted :20 bay study.
