Description

An underground storage room for fruit, juices, preserves and wine from our orchard and vineyard. It will be approximately 6m length, 4m width, 2.4m height. Such structures are sometimes known as 'Root Cellars' and allow the cool storage of vegetables and fruits without the need for power. Key to note is that the structure would be underground. It would be dug into the ground (approx 3m) on an incline, such that the final structure is very discrete. Access would be via several steps leading to a sunken door that leads into the direction of the incline. The structure would have earth on top of it and grass growing, such that it appears as per the land around it.
