Description

Ash Tree - Reduce limbs overhanging the conservatory by 2-3m to suitable growth points. The latter limbs of the ash tree have severely overhung the conservatory at the site, and that the rear fence has collapsed due to the overhanging limbs. Because of the way it has grown, there is a chance that it will break off, and cause damage to the conservatory in the foreseeable future. Hence, the Applicant seeks to cut off the limbs overhanging the conservatory and their rear boundary fence. Not to mention that the overhanging limbs attribute to a health hazard and could cause substantial harm to the Property, notably under poor weather conditions and strong winds.
