T1 & T2 Lime - Remove 2 old pollards and replant with new trees. Both pollards have extensive decay in the old pollard knuckles and cannot sensibly be pruned and retained safely. T2 is also decayed and hollow in the lower stem. Drainage issues have been identified and the drains run alongside both trees with inspection covers under both trees.
