Non Material Amendment to original planning consent 21/02892/REM - As part of the Reserved Matters Application for Parcel 3b, the Site Layout (Ref. BLOO190707 SL01F) was approved and showed plots 114 & 115 as Locke house types. Our market research has shown that the uptake for such house types is small. We therefore request these two plots are substituted for the Hallam house type which is more in line with purchasers? expectations and needs. The materials, roof design, and general size of Hallam have been so designed as to be in keeping with the street scene and sympathetic to the previously approved scheme and plots. Furthermore, the number of parking spaces and number or bedrooms remains unchanged.
