Amend Condition 4 to read:Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted, detailed information demonstrating that the development will accord with Regulations 6, 22, 23(1) and L1(a) of the Building Regulations 2021 edition (incorporating 2023 amendments) in so far as they relate to proposals for a material change of use and will achieve no more than 105 Litres per person per day predicted internal water use (110 Litres per person per day total) (Equivalent of Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 / 4) in the form of a water efficiency calculator shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.Amend Condition 5 to read:Prior to the occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted detailed information demonstrating that the development will accord with Regulations 6, 22, 23(1) and L1(a) of the Building Regulations 2021 edition (incorporating 2023 amendments) in so far as they relate to proposals for a material change of use and will achieve no more than 105 Litres per person per day predicted internal water use(110 Litres per person per day total) (Equivalent of Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 / 4) in the form of an 'as built' water efficiency calculator shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for its approval. The development shall be occupied in accordance with the approved details.
